
ACF Ministries
Membership Defined:
All Acts College Fellowship leaders, whether the A-Team, LH Leaders, or Ministry leaders, must be a member of the church or plan on becoming a member at the earliest possible time. In order to become a member, one must take the membership class (dates announced during the semester) and sign the membership covenant.
Primary Roles/Responsibilities for All Leaders
Model/Exemplify striving to walk in faithfulness to Jesus Christ
Actively being in the Word (i.e. regularly doing Quiet Time (QT’s)
Pray with and for ACF Ministry and the members of your respective ministries
Attendance to Sunday Service: Required
Attendance to ACF and ACF events: Strongly Expected

Roles/Responsibilities:
Facilitate, manage, delegate/share responsibilities for tasks within A-Team:
Setting up large group gatherings on campus, happens about once a month on Friday nights (reserving a room on campus, handling logistics with food, transitions during, etc.)
Organizing fellowship events for the college body
As a Registered Student Organization, keeping in contact with UT when needed and fulfilling requirements to stay a RSO
Setting up rides to church and other events that require off-campus transportation
Coming up with a theme for each year
Communicating with other leaders in the church and fellowship
Sending out announcements to the fellowship
Set up tabling on campus to reach out to students
Staying attentive to the needs of the fellowship, staying sensitive to the dynamic that each new year brings
Setting up Ministry Fair - an event where the Ministry Leaders can inform the fellowship about the different ministries that exist
A-team responsibilities continue on during the summer, but in a smaller scale, as there are less members of the fellowship present in Austin during this time. A-team is in charge of setting up Friday night gatherings, usually held at church (also in charge of setting up rides) and setting up events for each summer session of classes

Current, active member of Acts Fellowship Church
Endorsement by a current A-Team member
Endorsement by their LH leader
Commitment:
1 year commitment (2 academic semesters - Fall/Spring)

Roles/Responsibilities:
Facilitate group discussion of material
Manage weekly logistics and communication
Delegate/Share responsibilities for tasks within Lighthouse (ex: communicating updates, coordinate meals, sharing prayer requests, etc)
Be committed to shepherd LIT transparently
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active or pending member of Acts Fellowship Church
Endorsement by a Current LH leader
Willingness to complete the Leader-in-Training Process experience (subjected to circumstance)
Commitment:
1 year commitment (2 academic semesters - Fall/Spring)
Multi-year, there is no specific time limit - recommitment permitted

Roles/Responsibilities:
LIT is a role for LEARNING. Through LH Leader’s shepherding, LIT’s learn to lead in the following areas:
Exposed to the list of experiences necessary for LH leading
Support respective LH leaders
Facilitate group discussion of material
Help manage weekly logistics and communication
Delegate/Share responsibilities for tasks within Lighthouse (ex: communicating updates, coordinate meals, sharing prayer requests, etc)
Be committed to LH Leader’s shepherding
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active, or pending member of Acts Fellowship Church
Endorsement by a Current LH Leader
Commitment:
1 year commitment (2 academic semesters - Fall/Spring)
Once Leader-in-Training Process is complete, Leading/Serving as LH Leader permitted.

Roles/Responsibilities:
Ensuring newcomers/freshmen are connected and seated with a member of the Connect Team or another ACF member/leader at ACF events and worship (in the beginning)
Work with A-Team to connect incoming freshmen in the Fall Semester
Facilitate, manage, delegate/share responsibilities for tasks within Connect Team
1 Connect Event for newcomers/freshmen each semester (can be more)
1 Care Event for all of ACF (i.e. finals week, other weeks to care and support ACF)
Joint College Fellowship (JCF) Events for Fall Semester
Welcome/Ushering members in during Acts Friday Nights (AFN) - icebreakers included
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active member of Acts Fellowship Church
Endorsement by a Current Connect Team Leader
Commitment:
1 year commitment (2 academic semesters - Fall/Spring)

Roles/Responsibilities:
Facilitate, manage, delegate/share responsibilities for tasks within Prayer Team
Early Morning Prayer (EMP) / Late Night Prayer(LNP)/ Mount Bonnell EMP events
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active member of Acts Fellowship Church
Commitment:
1 year commitment (2 academic semesters - Fall/Spring)
Multi-year, there is no specific time limit - recommitment permitted

Roles/Responsibilities:
Invite/encourage ACF ministry to witness with them
Partake in bi-weekly Campus Evangelism (dates for evangelism subjective to availability)
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active member of Acts Fellowship Church
Have attended or is planning to attend an Evangelism Training Session at the earliest possible time (dates regularly updated on Church Website + Calendar)
Commitment:
Multi-year, there is no specific time limit - recommitment permitted
Leaders and Members of other ministries are Strongly Encouraged to be integrated in Evangelism Ministry

Roles/Responsibilities:
Facilitate a time of Worship for AFN’s
Help load, setup, teardown and return all sound equipment
Prioritize rehearsals (time subject to change)
Available to lead at various ACF functions (i.e., leaders meetings, prayer meetings, etc.)
Media: Prepare Slides in ProPresenter prior to the AFN you are serving
Qualifications/Preferences:
Current, active member of Acts Fellowship Church
Interview with current Worship Team Leader and Pastor Jin
Willingness to practice the worship material prior to the AFN you are serving
Experience with serving in a Praise Team setting
Will be in contact with current ACF Worship Team Leader (Yueun) for integration process
Commitment:
1 year commitment at minimum
Currently on rotation based on availability
Multi-year, there is no specific time limit - recommitment permitted
