I. How to get to this page...

You'll notice that you can get here in a web browser by going to either of the following locations:

http://www.actsaustin.org/[your name]/index.html

OR SIMPLY

http://www.actsaustin.org/[your name]/

This is because whenever you do not specify the name of the file/page, the web server by default will look for a file named "index.html" in that folder (if it doesn't find a file called "index.html", then it looks for "index.shtml", and if it doesn't find that, then the browser will display a raw listing of the files in that directory).
